1. Eligibility

Participation involves purchasing physical tickets from authorized agents. You must be at least 18 years of age to claim any prize. The lottery is valid only for citizens of India.

2. Ticket Purchase

Kerala State Lottery tickets are sold only in physical form within the geographical entity of the state of Kerala. Online sale of Kerala State Lottery tickets is illegal and not authorized.

3. Claiming Prizes

  • Prizes up to ₹5,000 can be claimed from any lottery shop in Kerala.
  • Prizes up to ₹1 Lakh can be claimed from District Lottery Offices.
  • Prizes above ₹1 Lakh must be surrendered to the Director of State Lotteries after affixing signature, name, and address of the prize winner on the back side of the ticket with the following documents:
    • Claim application along with a self-attested photocopy of both sides of the ticket.
    • Two passport size photographs of the prize winner duly attested by a Gazetted Officer/Notary.
    • Receipt for the prize ticket form (Form No.VIII)
    • PAN Card copy and Identity Proof.

4. Disclaimer

The organizers are not responsible for lost or mutilated tickets. Mutilated tickets will not be accepted. The decision of the Department of State Lotteries regarding the prize claim will be final and binding.

5. Governing Law

All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.
